Annual Elaine Commemoration

Dr. Nashid Madyun will be the featured speaker for the seventh annual Healing of the Land Commemoration and Prayer Service honoring those who died in the largest massacre in US History and the Elaine 12 who from death row won victory for Civil Rights in the US Supreme Court. Dr. Madyun is the grandson of the late Rev. Bingham who pastured Elaine's First Baptist Church for years. He is also director fo the largest African American museum/archives in the country, Florida A&M University.
