Once Again The Phillips County Sheriff’s Department At 1804 MLK Drive Helena, AR 72342.  (Phillips County Justice Complex), Will Sponsor  Food Basket Give Away For Our Senior Citizens And Citizens In Need On Thursday July 09, 2020 Starting At 9:00 am Until All Baskets are gone.  First Come First Served.  We Will Be Practing Social Distancing And Masks  Are Mandatory.
