Everyone in Phillips County is invited to join the Phillips County and State of Arkansas leadership, and the Chamber of Commerce for a Business After Hours celebration of the NEW PHILLIPS COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER. - Helena-West Helena Police Department
- New 911 Call Center
- Office of Emergency Management
