Kiwanis Club of Helena - West Helena Presents Law Enforcement Officer of the Year

The Kiwanis Club will introduce the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year on September 10 from a group of ten police officers and deputies who have been recognized at club meetings over the past ten months. The program is open to the public and we hope you can join us at this special event.
