Phillips County Teen Court- Chalk Walk a Fall Art Festival

Let’s create ART on the sidewalk!! Are you between the grades of 4th and 12th grade and want to display your ART skills? You should register to display your ART with chalk at our “Chalk Walk Art Festival”. October 24th, 10-12:30. See flyer. Register with your name, contact, parent's name, and grade. Chalk will be provided, but you may bring your own. Come on! Let’s be creative together!!
