Pictures With Santa
Santa will be coming to the Phillips County Library to take free pictures with the children of Phillips County. The library will take one free picture per child. We will also have a drawing for the World's Largest Stocking that day. Tickets are on sale now for $1.00 each. Will have coloring for the children while they wait.
