The Black Renaissance
The Delta Cultural Center in association with Phillips College of the University of Arkansas, Alpha Kappa Alpha - Mu Chi Omega Chapter, and Helena West Helena Schools presents...THE BLACK REAISSANCE: A Celebration of Black History. This will be a program filled with poetry, music, and dance of the Harlem Renaissance. Hear the music of Louis Jordan, Duke Ellington, and Ella Fitzgerald to name a few. It's an event you definitely don't want to miss.
