DESCRIPTION:Rotary Club of Helena will conduct a community flag retirement ceremony for faded\, worn and tattered flags that no longer properly represent our country.  Everyone in the community is welcome to drop off their flags that are no longer a fitting emblem for display at any of the participating businesses.  State flags will also be retired at this event.
