Judge Brian Miller will read Pat Kenzle's book by the same title ( illustrated by Phillips County artist\, Candace Dolls) to elementary students. A living history actor will portray Scipio Jones. Kenzel along with Dolls will also discuss the creative process in developing the book. Refreshments will be served.
