SUMMARY:Wild Wednesdays at Freeman Playground with Mississippi River State Park
DESCRIPTION:Every Wednesday in July\, at 10:30am-Noon! At Freeman Playground- 803 Beech Street\, corner of Beech and Market\, behind the Pillow-Thompson House! Join us for the fun! It's WILD!!! And Free! Snacks provided!\n\n \n\nJuly 19th   Insects and More (this is during Latino Conservation week\, so we will add a little Spanish into the program)   Children will uncover what makes an insect and insect\, and determine if different critters we often refer to as bugs are indeed insects or not. We will look at their life cycles and color life cycle cards and practice putting them in the correct order.\n\n \n\nJuly 26th- Love'em and Leav'em - Wild baby animals are often left alone by their mothers for a reason. Don't make the mistake of "rescuing" baby wild animals. Children will learn why it is best to love and leave wild animals in their natural habitats.\n\n \n\nSee you this summer at Freeman Playground!!! Every Wednesday in July @ 10:30am for WILD Wednesdays and every Saturday in June\, July\, and August at 10:30am for Summer Saturdays!!!
